Letter to the Editor: Correcting Mistakes

One of your writers, Chase Tremaine, got taken to task for making an error in the Bronco Bash Jazz Dance article – he was mistaken on who a soloist was. I was impressed with how Chase responded and apologized in a very respectful and professional manner for the error.

Letter to the Editor: Kudos from Ferman

Hey Rider Online Team, it’s Ferman. 
I wanted to let you know that I really enjoy reading your online newspaper.  I enjoy being able to comment on your stories, create a ruckus, and have good conversations with students and others whom I have never met.
I understand that The Rider Online is now one of the Top 5 Highschool Online Newspapers in the country?  If this is true, it is well deserved!
So, even though I have been accused of starting wars, encasing objects in Jello and being a beastly Nerf War leader I respect you guys and wanted to say keep up the good work!

Letter to the Editor: A fan of The Rider

I’m not one to really read the Rider but for extra credit for one of my classes i needed to and i have found every many of the articles every interesting. From now on I will start reading and commenting on them a lot more often. I think that y’all come up with great ideas on things to write about. The articles that are written aren’t boring and blah they make you wanna read more. The crew of the “Rider” does a wonderful job so keep up the good work. I’ll check back and read more in a few days.

LETTER TO THE EDITOR: More Coverage

Dear Rider Editor,
I have read all past editions of the Rider and have always enjoyed them very much.. However, sometimes you don’t report on all of the sports that are in season.  The swim team is hardly ever mentioned as a whole; neither is the golf team. I think it would enhance the reading quality if you can put in just a little snippet about each sport. The swim team has almost back- to- back undefeated seasons this year and last. It would be really cool if everyone in the school knew what was happening with all of the sports.
