If you’re shopping for someone who likes to read or be creative, here are some gifts they may love.

Cheap- 25 Under 25: Up- and- Coming American Photographers Vol. 2 . This is something pretty much any teenage photographer would love; personally I’ve had my eye on it for about a year. I would definitely choose this volume over the first, since the work was picked out by, world renowned photographer, the lovely Sylvia Plachy. The pieces featured include anything from the Hurricane Katrina devastation to exploration of sexualty. Everything follows the theme, “transitions,” and all of the work was produced by 25 extremely creative young minds. Can be found at Barnes and Noble for $24.95.

Where’s Waldo? The Complete Collection  by Martin Handford. If you know anyone who ever wanted to become the master of finding Waldo, this set is a great and original gift. The set includes more than 20 books.

Expensive- The Nook . Claiming to be the “World’s most advanced eBook reader,” the nook is featured at Barnes and Noble and has over one million titles. Books and new releases can be bought in seconds, many only for the low price of $9.99.This gift is great for someone who loves to read, but is too busy to make it to the library or bookstore. There is also no glare and the 2 GB of internal storage can hold up to 1,500 eBooks, eMagazines and eNewspapers. ($259)
