DFW happens to be on of the fourth most populous metropolitan area in the United States. And with Christmas being around the corner, there are always people traveling back and forth during the holiday season. Here are some things to do while visiting the metroplex.

Go Downtown
Downtown Fort Worth and Downtown Dallas mark one of the most visited spots in DFW. The city lights, outside music and restaurants are what shape the city as a whole. Sundance Square in Fort Worth celebrates the holiday season by lighting up their Christmas tree every year, making their visits more astonishing.

Enchant Light Maze
The Enchant Light Maze explores a world of Christmas in a unique way. With this being the world’s largest light maze, who wouldn’t want to experience such a dazzling light event? The light Maze will be open at Globe Life Park from Nov. 24 through Dec. 31.

Visit Museums
Dallas consist of plenty of art museum sights that interest and entertain people all around the metroplex. Although museums aren’t the most popular choice when deciding what to visit, there is much art and talent expressed. Some of the most popular museums are The Dallas Museum of Art, The Modern Art Museum, and The Nasher Sculpture Center.

Prairie Lights
One of the most commonly visited events throughout the holiday season, Prairie Lights stands out because of its barrage of lights lasting almost two miles. When driving through the lights, you will run into a holiday village with food, gifts, Santa and a new indoor snow maze. Prairie Lights is open Thanksgiving night through Dec. 31.

Ice Sculptures
The Gaylord Texan Resort holds a ice walkthrough holiday attraction big enough for everyone to have a great time. The event features two million pounds of hand‐carved ice sculptures and five ice slides. The ICE event will be open through Jan. 1.
