How old were you when you started playing football?
“I started playing when I was in the fifth grade.”
Why did you start playing?
“I started playing to be a better person. I figured if I’m going to go to school at least I get to hit someone.”
What do you like most about playing?
“I like that everybody depends on each other. You have every one’s trust to do your job.”
What is it like playing for Legacy?
“All of the teammates are really close and we all work together.”
What position do you play?
“Safety.”
What do your parents think about you playing?
“They love it. They live to watch all of their boys play varsity football. I have an older brother who used to play and is now in the Marines. My little brother is really good and he’s going to be better than all of us.”
