U.2.F.C. T-Shirt Ordering Information

In the past, Legacy High School has hosted an event called Pink Fest. This year, my students voted to adapt the event and raise awareness for all forms of cancer, naming it “U2FC: United to Fight Cancer”.

We want to share with you an opportunity to purchase t-shirts to help support this “new” cause, and hope that you will join us later in December for the “Main Event”

LHS Student Council will be raising awareness for all forms of cancer and all money raised will be donated to the Mayo Clinic. This event will take place in December, before we break for Winter. An official date will be decided by the end of this week.

We have t-shirts designed for this event, and are offering pre-sales. Below is a link to the order form, and attached is a PDF version of the order form. Money and order forms are due no later than November 10th to Ms. Ausdenmoore at Legacy High School, or your home campus, from where my Student Council officers will be collecting forms and money between November 10th and 13th.

Short Sleeve: S-XL $15, 2XL-3XL $17
Long Sleeve: S-XL $20, 2XL-3XL $22

Link to Purchase: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1IWAS0SripJfM_EA39-YhgnI8CdszGTwlsT-zBkHTTKw/viewform?usp=send_form

We do ask that you print off the order form to attach with money to help us keep things organized, which you can do by right-clicking on the order form once it has been filled out and then selecting “Print”. There is one shirt order per form, but you may attach payment for multiple shirt orders together with the individual forms filled out.

We also have a Special Edition shirt, an example is attached, but these may only be ordered for 24 hours on Wednesday, November 5th. That link will be sent out right before that date. Each shirt will have the design attached, but can come in several other colors that represent other forms of cancer.

Special Edition shirts:
Short Sleeve: S-XL: $12, 2XL-3XL $14

A Mark-up of these shirts is also attached, all ink will be white, and below are a list of colors available with cancers they represent.

Special Edition T-Shirt Colors with Corresponding Cancers
Appendix Cancer: Tangerine
Brain Cancer: Gravel (grey)
Breast Cancer: Azalea (pink)

I didn’t know there were that many different special edition shirts this year. I didn’t even buy the regular shirt although I wish I did.
